She accomplished "Mastering Supervisory Skill Builders for the Spa Industry" training at Cyprus Hospitality Educational Institute. Anna began her path to bodywork in St. Nicolas Spa - St Nikolas Hotel in Crete as a physical therapist and spa therapist. She then worked at Armenia Spa Hyatt Regency Hotel in Thessaloniki. GB Spa - Sheraton Grand Bretagne hotel in Athens and the Greek National Water Polo Team as a physiotherapist. SOPHIA EFTIMIADISpa Therapist Sophia Eftimiadi studied physiotherapy at the University of Lamia. She graduated in June 2012 and jumped from the neurological rehabilitation field to the spa industry in 2013. Sophia worked at the Rehabilitation centre "Anagennisi" in Thessaloniki, Artemis Hammam and Spa in Kos and the Lotus Spa in Mykonos. STEFANI AGATHANGELOUStefani studied Nutrition and Public Health at the University of Leeds, UK and graduated in May 2010. Her dissertation was titled "Anabolic Steroids use, or nutrition and physical exercise for better physical appearance: A case study of the beliefs of young adult made gym users in Cyprus ". The results of the dissertation have been reported in a similar study published by Anti-Dopping, Denmark. She then studied Dietetics at the University of Hertfordshire from where she graduated in 2014 with honours. Her dissertation on "Determine the knowledge and attitudes of women regarding breastfeeding practices compared to formula" won the 1st prize for best poster during the 8th conference of the Association of Nutritionists & Nutritionists of Cyprus with Global Participation in 2014. In her curriculum. she conducted clinical internships in public and private hospitals and dieticians' offices, completing approximately 1.500 hours of internship and thus obtaining the title of Clinical Dietitian from the HCPC England.
