Digital Marketing Executive (Full Time)
We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Executive with a passion for Wellness to work on our multi-award winning brand. This is a demanding, but very exciting position and requires someone who is passionate about digital and online channels, and have experience at building and driving SEO strategy. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Formulating and executing digital campaigns which not only compliment and maximise print media campaigns but also independently promote the brands
- Proficient with graphic designing tools to create ads/banners/video editing for social media and other promotions
- Liaising with the SEO & PPC agency and help implement recommended site edits
- Organising and implementing direct mail marketing campaigns
- Creating, implementing analysing, and reporting on post-travel surveys
- Planning and managing the delivery of all email marketing campaigns
- Social media page management including campaigns
- Analysing and reporting on results
- Creation of website content, news and blog posts in conjunction with the content plan
- Ensuring the product information on the website is kept up to date and is presented consistently
- Managing the customer feedback platforms for the group’s brands
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key industry partners, ensuring the continuation of and in some cases creation of joint marketing ventures
- Assisting with any other marketing tasks, marketing projects and activities as requested
The candidate will ideally possess the following attributes:
- At least 3 years marketing experience
- High level of IT literacy including proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Travel marketing experience preferred
- Knowledge of Photoshop/ Premiere Pro/ Canva
- Proven ability to write good prose with high level of accuracy
- Experience working with web analytics tools, Excel and reporting
- Ability to multi-task, work to strict deadlines, and high level of attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong relationship building experience
- Familiar with Content Management Systems
- Familiar with PPC and SEO
- Used to working in a fast pace environment, proactive and a team player
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Strong creative and analytical skills
Work Pattern:
- The position is based on a 37.5-hour working week –9:00am-5:30 pm
- This is an office-based role in our offices at Hammersmith, London
- Flexibility will be required to cover busy times & events

Wellness Travel Specialist (Full Time)
We are the UK’s leading Wellness Travel company, specialising in wellness and wellbeing breaks globally. We exclusively contract with many of the world's best medical clinics and spas, as well as holistic hideaways across the world. We are on the lookout for new staff, who have a minimum of eight years of sales experience in luxury tailor-made travel and a keen interest in Fitness, Spa Holidays, Wellness and Health. Successful luxury tailormade consultants will handle all aspects of client service as well as liaising with our partner spas and suppliers. You will evaluate the client’s Wellness needs and make suitable recommendations following your discussions, and you will take the initiative to develop your own product knowledge. The position is an office-based role, working full-time in our office in Central London.
Mandatory Requirements
- You should have at least 8 years of bespoke tailormade travel experience from a tour operator or independent travel agency
- You should be able to deal with a booking from enquiry through to final documentation
- You will have high-end travel sales skills and product knowledge
- You should have a strong passion for wellness and wellbeing
Other Requirements
- You will ideally have CRS / GDS experience on Amadeus, excellent presentation skills, and a high level of attention to detail
- You should have an excellent telephone manner and will contribute to building strong client loyalty
- You need to be self-motivated and very organised
- You should have excellent word processing skills.
- You should be able to work on your own initiative
