These programme start with Mount Med Resort's experts using medical tests like bloods, ECGs and 3D body analyses to identify where improvements need to be made to your current health and wellbeing. Based on the results of these tests, their experts will then work with you to create a new lifestyle plan to follow once you return home which covers everything from nutrition to exercise & fitness. As part of these programmes, you will also enjoy a variety of treatments and therapies such as colon massages, cryotherapy and body wraps that will help to eliminate toxins and remove energy blockages from the body.
In tandem with your programme, you will also enjoy access to group activities and the Life Changer Spa.
