At Mount Med Resort, they will put together a personalised programme for you after a detailed medical examination. This examination includes neuroendocrinological and microbial analyses of stool, urine, saliva and blood samples as well as a cortisol day curve test. Anti-inflammatory nutrition promotes intestinal detoxification and regeneration. This is then combined with oxygen therapy and infusions to strengthen the immune cells as well as innovative biohacking and holistic treatments to strengthen your immune system inside and out.
In tandem with your programme, you will also enjoy access to group activities and use of the spa and fitness facilities.
