Available over 5or 7 nights, these programmes use medical tests such as bloods and 3D body analyses, which help Mount Med Resort's experts to gain a comprehensive insight into your current overall health and wellbeing. This then enables their experts to suggest improvements that need to be made to your lifestyle once you return home, so that you can live a long and healthy life.
In tandem with your programme, you will also enjoy access to group activities and use of the spa and fitness facilities.
