Yoga Elasticity Retreat

During this Yoga retreat which is available over 3 or 7 nights, the teachers will make use of flow so vinyasa and practice in the magical, warm thermal water of Terme di Saturnia to flex the body and achieve unprecedented goals.
As part of your programme, you will also have unlimited access to the Natural Hot Spring, the hydromassage tubs, the vascular paths, the hydromassage cascade and the Roman Bath with Sauna, as well as the Hot Spring Pools and sensorial relaxation rooms.
