The Detox Yoga retreat is designed to rid your body of accumulated toxins, rebalance your vital energy and renew your connection with yourself and the surrounding nature.

You start the retreat with a detox diet specially designed to cleanse the body and stimulate the natural detoxification process. Alongside the detox diet, you will immerse yourself in a series of group and private yoga lessons, spa treatments, and natural thermal waters rich in minerals that will help eliminate accumulated toxins, relieve stress and regenerate your skin.

As part of your programme, you will also have unlimited access to the Natural Hot Spring, the hydromassage tubs, the vascular paths, the hydromassage cascade and the Roman Bath with Sauna, as well as the Hot Spring Pools and sensorial relaxation rooms.
