I have just returned home from Somatheeram Ayurvedic Health Resort and I can't thank Healing Holidays enough for organising my stay. It was the best and most authentic Ayurveda I have ever experienced and has made such a difference to my health. The initial consultation was so helpful and I always felt like I was in expert hands, we decided together which treatments would be best for my individual needs and there was always someone to speak to throughout my retreat if I needed any reassurance. As well as the Ayurveda I have to comment on the location, it's simply stunning, you feel as though you are in the middle of nowhere it's so peaceful. I really hope to return in the future.

I went to Somatheeram Ayurvedic Health Resort after an anti-ageing solution that was more natural than the kinds you usually find in Europe, and also wanting to spend a little bit of time by the beach in India! Well I was certainly impressed with my programme and entire stay, I have had an Ayurvedic treatment or two before but never in India and this was by far the best I have ever experienced, the doctor took his time to talk to me and identify my constitution type before recommending treatments that would have the best effect. I felt really looked after and just loved how calming the whole experience was, I came here in hopes of returning looking a little more youthful, I didn't expect to also feel so rejuvenated too!
