Available over 3 or 7 nights, the Inner Journey group retreat at Preidlhof will delve into your body with specially selected yoga classes, clear your mind with music therapy, touch your heart with Latvian Pirts rituals and touch nature with Forest baths.
The 3-night retreat includes private guidance through 3 out of 6 stages: grounding, healing, creativity, spirit, celebration and Day of Experience whilst the 7 night retreat includes private guidance through all 6 stages.
