1x Initial examination – holistic health check (30 mins)
1x Medical check up – manual abdominal treatment (20 mins)
A gentle and particularly effective therapy for stimulating the intestine and digestive glands. It is performed by Park Igls' experienced doctors and helps to remove blockages in the abdomen and lymphatic system.
1x Final examination (30 mins)
3x Full body massages (50 mins)
1x Cranio sacral therapy session (50 mins)
2x Detox wraps with beeswax
Natural beeswax is rich in myricin and cerotic acid. Applied in a hot compress or a classic medical wrap, it stimulates long-term blood flow to the liver. This increases the excretion of toxins that circulate in the blood thereby supporting the detoxification process

We LOVED Park Igls and the whole Mayr detox, and we can't fault the hotel or the treatments we received... Everything was top notch. Fantastic location. It's so easy to ski from the [hotel] as the cable car is a 5 minute walk away in the village.. Endless trails make this place a walker's paradise, and I managed an average of 10 miles a day! I have returned feeling very fit and mentally alert. The medical facilities and diagnostics are amazing, and I particularly recommend having the full ultrasound diagnostic package - worth every penny!

The medical facilities there are excellent and exceptionally clean which is very comforting when you are having medical tests in a foreign country.
