The Sports Performance programme is aimed at amateur and professional athletes and who wish to improve their athletic performance.

The programme begins with a series of tests including blood tests, cognitive tests and functional and biomechanical tests analysing posture and movement quality. Based on the results of these tests, a tailor-made programme is developed that includes a diet specifically designed for athletes, one-on-one sessions with a personal trainer, cryotherapy sessions, massages and cognitive exercises aimed at improving agility and reflexes.

As part of your programme, you will also have access to group activities to further enhance your stay.

I came to Palace Merano for a detox and I am seriously impressed, not only with the programme (which was fantastic!) but with everything about my stay. The hotel itself is simply beautiful, you certainly feel like royalty when you enter your room, with the attentive staff making you feel even more taken care of. I can't fault anything about my programme, as far as detox diets go this was certainly one of the more enjoyable ones I have experienced, and I like that there were plenty of other treatments and activities to make the whole stay that bit more interesting. I came to Palace Merano because I have been feeling quite self-conscious about my ageing for some time now and thought I would give an anti-ageing retreat a go. I really am delighted that I decided to bite the bullet and just go for it because I am so so pleased with the results. I look and feel younger, and more importantly I feel much happier and more confident because of this. I really liked that there was a medical aspect to this retreat because I feel much more secure about my health now too. I would definitely recommend this retreat to anyone who is feeling quite unhappy because of the effects of ageing.

I was in need of a pick me up after over indulging over the festive period and just generally letting winter get me in a slump, so I opted to come to Palace Merano Espace Henri Chenot for a detox programme. It really has helped to give me the boost I desperately needed, I am back on track with my diet which was especially helped by the diet plan I was given for after my stay and I generally feel much healthier. The detox here felt really thorough which was great as it meant I really saw results quickly. I hope to keep my bad habits in check a little better but if I do slip back into old ways I will certainly be coming back here, I have already recommended it to some of my friends!
