Over seven nights, you will enjoy a customised diet and personal training sessions to help you increase your fitness levels. You will also enjoy specialised post-recovery treatments such as therapeutic massages that will help to relieve tension in the muscles and allow you to move around more freely.
In tandem with your programme, you will also enjoy access to group activities and use of the outdoor seawater pool and sauna area, as well as the public natural swimming pool.
