  A specific analysis carried out in order to identify the energy status and choose the most suitable personalised programme.
• Personalised phytotherapy
  The Lefay SPA Method uses the oldest form of phytotherapy within its programmes: the herbal tea. During the initial examination and depending on the energy constitution of Guests, a specific medicinal plant is recommended to be taken during and after the stay.
• Nutritional consultation and determination of specific diet

  Quantitative analysis of the intestinal bacterial flora that helps to detect the presence of a dysbiosis, or an alteration of the enzymes and bacterial flora which cause, among various symptoms, general malaise, swelling, constipation and diarrhoea. The aim of the test is to detect any pathogenic imbalances in the intestinal flora, restoring the intestinal activity to normal by means of a change in dietary habits.
