The Longevity programme at Lanserhof Sylt has been designed to help slow down the biological causes of ageing, so you can live a longer, more active life.
Based on your laboratory and test results, Lanserhof's experts adapt the medical and therapeutic longevity measures specifically to your needs. This is followed by your 7- or 14-night treatment plan, which includes innovative methods such as the CellGym procedure, the sensorimotor check, the use of the cold chamber, as well as tried and tested methods such as personal training and meditation sessions.
