This intensive detox programme available over fourteen, twenty one or twenty eight nights aims to help you achieve optimal physical and mental health by cleansing the body of harmful toxins. This is achieved through a strict Ayurvedic detox diet, Yoga, meditation and various cleansing treatments and therapies.
As part of your programme, you will also receive take home recommendations to help ensure you are able to successfully continue your wellness journey once you leave the retreat.
