30 Day Lifestyle Change Programme
Absolute Sanctuary , ThailandAbsolute Sanctuary's thirty-day lifestyle change programme is intended to guide you through a process of transformation touching the physical, emotional and spiritual realms. It is ideal for anyone committed to making serious changes to help reach and maintain their fitness and wellness goals.
You start your programme by embarking on a week-long fasting and detox journey, clearing and ridding the body of toxins and releasing old energy before you start anew with new plans and goals. Take this time to reconnect with yourself, renew your health goals and determine your long-term desires with the help and support of their team.
The second phase of the programme, which lasts two weeks, has a stronger emphasis on bridging the mind and body connection - instilling the practice of being “mindful” and compassionate towards our bodies, ourselves and our thoughts. Exercise and body movement activities begin in this phase in a more personalised setting. The variety of activities allows you to focus more specifically on each type of activity to gain more knowledge and learn the foundations of these practices to take with you after you leave.
The final phase of the programme, which lasts a week, gives you the chance to pursue more leisure and fun activities to help celebrate your new self. An integral part of this phase is the symbolic releasing activity to let go of any bad habits and a monk blessing to welcome the new you. You'll leave confident and ready to take on the world.
