They stick to mostly veggies when juicing since adding lots of fruit makes the sugar content skyrocket. So far, their favourite veggies are beets and carrots — they are already naturally sweet and really don’t need much help from fruit to make it taste incredible.

How To Make A Juice
Each recipe below is made the same way:
- Step 1 – Wash all the weight loss juice ingredients well and pat dry.
- Step 2 – Cut fruit and vegetables into 1-2 inch chunks. Remove any peels.
- Step 3 – Place all ingredients in a juicer.
- Step 4 – Process into juice according to manufacturer’s directions.
Green Detox
- 2 green apples cut in half
- 3 stalks celery no leaves
- 1cucumber
- 8leaves kale
- 1/2 lemon peeled
- 1 piece fresh ginger
- Sprig of mint (optional)
Sweet Beets Juice
- 1 beet
- 2 carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- ½ lemon
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 green apple
Ginger Zinger
- 2 stalks celery
- ½ cucumber
- 1½ cm ginger
- ½ cup parsley
- ½ lemon
- 1 green apple
- 2 cups spinach
Turmeric Tonic
- 2 cm fresh turmeric
- 4 carrots
- 1 cm fresh ginger
- 1 orange
- ½ lemon
- 3 stalks celery
Zesty Lemon Apple
- 2 lemons peeled and halved
- 4 apples quartered
- 2 cucumbers halved
- 1 cup water
Sweet Detox
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 apple
- 1 mint sprig (optional)
