Seasonal Fruit Plate
Sometimes it is the simplest dining experiences that bring a true sense of pleasure. A classic fruit plate doesn’t have to be boring. Make the most of the bounty of seasonal produce available in your region to create your own edible masterpiece.
Ingredients:
- 320 g mango, finely sliced
- 40 g passion fruit
- 20 g apricots, diced
- Sprig of fresh mint, chopped
- A handful of fresh redcurrants
Preparation:
- Wash the fruit; peel where necessary and chop as per above
- Mix the mango and apricots with the chopped mint
- Spoon the passion fruit pulp around a plate and place the chopped fruit in the centre
- Garnish with the redcurrants and a couple of mint leaves
