Slim Quinoa Porridge with Goji Berries

Ingredients
- 35g cooked quinoa
Dried sprinkles:
- A pinch of dried cashews
- A pinch of shredded dehydrated coconut
Fruits:
- A diced dragon fruit
- A diced mango
Coconut Milk:
- 100g water
- 30g coconut milk
- 30g soy milk
- 5g black raisin
- 1 tsp. coconut syrup
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 5g goji berries
Preparation
Add the Coconut milk ingredients to a saucepan, stir then simmer for 5 minutes. Layer the fruits on top of the cooked quinoa. Serve with the coconut milk mixture.
