Grand Suite

Garden Residence

The Garden Residence is available as either two or three bedroom options, fitted with a dining and living room, spacious terrace and private pools spread through two floors. The residence is built with spacious features giving a sense of living in an independent house, with the added benefit of services from SHA, and a private dedicated spa space for your wellness requirements. Premier Residence

The Premier Residence is a two bedroom independent home, with a dining and living room, terrace with views of the infinity pool, and is spread across one floor. In some of the Premier Residences, you can also enjoy a private garden, and a jacuzzi near the terrace and a bar/barbeque to enjoy the Mediterranean weather. Bath on request

Penthouse Residence

These rooms are spaciously built with two to three bedrooms. There is a spacious terrace with lovely views, infinity pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, and green areas spread across two floors. This is the most exclusive category in the SHA residences. Bath on request.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at SHA, thank you so much, Frances, for guiding me there and making all of the arrangements. There are so many different retreat options I felt overwhelmed, but your sense that SHA would do me a world of good was spot on!

I had a beautiful corner room with terrace all around, it couldn’t have been nicer. Every member of staff treated me as if I was their only client. The treatments were fantastic and the food was delicious. I’ve managed to continue with the healthy eating having had two inspirational cooking lessons at SHA and the weight continues to come off. Most importantly those 7 days gave me space to recover from a difficult time and reset.

Wow - that's all I can say really. I have struggled to quit smoking for years and after a week at SHA Wellness Clinic on their anti-tobacco programme I have never had more confidence in my ability to quit, I am yet to have a cigarette since my return and what more can you really ask than that?
