Palazzo Fiuggi was extraordinary and throughout the visit we were made to feel very special. The hotel itself, the staff and the facilities are outstanding and the 1900 calorie menu out of this world. It far exceeded our expectations, which were very high on booking. We were on the Fit & Well programme, which meant we had the delight of 1900 calories per day and a very generous spa programme. The dining room is magnificent, the dining staff delightful and the meals out of this world, every meal an absolute joy. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed and utterly luxurious. The personal trainers are outstanding. What we particularly liked was the flexibility to change a personal training session for a Paddle session. The equipment in the gym, is on another level. The spa therapies were outstanding and the equipment as up-to-date as one could wish for. The Hydrotherapy seemed to delight everyone, the Cryotherapy chamber quite an experience and the PSAMM ritual, utterly beautiful. Throughout our stay there was not a moment we were not made to feel special. The staff overwhelming warm, professional and welcoming. I cannot recommend Palazzo Fiuggi highly enough.

I was delighted with my stay. The medical team are really first-rate, and extremely likeable. The spa treatments were very good. Some of them were quite outstanding, especially the Psammo with Anya. The Fitness team are a joy, with a strong background in physiological imbalances. Armando Vinci is especially able as a unique physiotherapist, diagnosing which muscles are not working well and setting up corrective exercises. I had a really excellent stay and can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you for suggesting.

We had a wonderful break at Palazzo Fiuggi. The palazzo is a beautiful building, retaining all the original character - a stunning ceiling in the dining room - and with immaculate new bathrooms. The huge spa area which extends to a series of linked glass buildings outside complements the original building well. Our room was extremely comfortable and spacious and had a lovely view of the mountains. On the other side of the building is a panoramic lift with a stunning view of the old hillside town of Fiuggi. The staff were without exception welcoming, charming and efficient. The hotel manager(s) made a point of introducing themselves to us and asking our impressions. The food was exceptional. The numerous small courses presented quite a different way of eating for us, and some foods we hadn't tried before. We learned a few new things to take back home. The medical tests and consultations were useful and informative and we have now received written reports direct from PF. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa treatments. Everything seemed to be new and state of the art and the staff at the spa took very good care of us.
