Superb experience, the place was amazing and just what I wanted.

Loved everything about my stay at Palace Merano, I really got the impression they knew what they were doing here and the treatments were unlike any I have ever experienced before - I can see why this spa has been considered the most progressive! I would love to come back here again, I am so pleased with my results and thought it was well worth the money. Thank you for organising my stay I will be sure to recommend Palace Merano and Healing Holidays to anyone else who is in need of some rejuvenation.

I came to Palace Merano for a detox and I am seriously impressed, not only with the programme  (which was fantastic!) but with everything about my stay. The hotel itself is simply beautiful, you certainly feel like royalty when you enter your room, with the attentive staff making you feel even more taken care of. I can't fault anything about my programme, as far as detox diets go this was certainly one of the more enjoyable ones I have experienced, and I like that there were plenty of other treatments and activities to make the whole stay that bit more interesting. I came to Palace Merano because I have been feeling quite self-conscious about my ageing for some time now and thought I would give an anti-ageing retreat a go. I really am delighted that I decided to bite the bullet and just go for it because I am so so pleased with the results. I look and feel younger, and more importantly I feel much happier and more confident because of this. I really liked that there was a medical aspect to this retreat because I feel much more secure about my health now too. I would definitely recommend this retreat to anyone who is feeling quite unhappy because of the effects of ageing.

I was in need of a pick me up after over indulging over the festive period and just generally letting winter get me in a slump, so I opted to come to Palace Merano Espace Henri Chenot for a detox programme. It really has helped to give me the boost I desperately needed, I am back on track with my diet which was especially helped by the diet plan I was given for after my stay and I generally feel much healthier. The detox here felt really thorough which was great as it meant I really saw results quickly. I hope to keep my bad habits in check a little better but if I do slip back into old ways I will certainly be coming back here, I have already recommended it to some of my friends!
