Open all year round, Lily of the Valley’s home is the gentle French Riviera. Close to ever-chic Saint-Tropez, it is set amongst rambling vines and has sweeping views of the Mediterranean.
Up on Gigaro Hill, this Phillip Stark-designed hotel melts into its surroundings, with its architecture in seamless harmony with the land it is built upon. There are pine trees and wildflowers, never-ending views of the deep azure sea, and the beauty of a beach nearby with 5 kilometres of fine bleached sand. It’s family-owned and run, giving a wonderfully friendly vibe, and there are just 44 rooms dressed in muted tones; browns, greens and beiges, and the odd splash of colour.
There is a knockout Wellness village spanning 2,000 sqm, which includes a snow shower and a vast hammam alongside seven treatment rooms that use Biologique Recherche and Esthederm products. Their expertise in wellness lies in the fusion of holistic medicine, innovative techniques and age-old therapies, with a team of experts on hand - including naturopaths, nutritionists, yoga teachers and fitness masters - to help you achieve your goals.
Food also plays an important role in the retreat’s wellness philosophy. The Wellness menu has been developed by Vincent Maillard, who learnt his craft under the brilliant eye of Alain Ducasse, so you can expect delicious calorie-controlled, locally-sourced food.
When not undergoing treatments at the spa, guests can enjoy the property’s various amenities, which include swimming pools and a private beach, or explore the natural beauty of the surrounding area.

Signature de la Maison, the Lily Suite extends over a generous size from 70 to 80 sqm. The suite offers a living area integrated directly to the bedroom. The Shape Club is the epicentre of the Lily of the Valley concept, with 2,000 m² devoted to wellness, weight loss and sport. Featuring a large fitness room, fitness class studios, a heated semi-Olympic pool, treatment and consultation rooms, saunas, a steam room, and a snow shower, it welcomes guests looking for support to achieve their weight loss goals. Here, they're guided and motivated by a team of professionals who apply the methods drawn up by Lily of the Valley's consultant nutritionist doctor, Dr Jacques Fricker.
